Admission

Welcome! We are so pleased you are seeking out information about the admissions process at The Friends School of Atlanta. We recognize and acknowledge that the decision about where your child is educated is one of the most important decisions you will make. We welcome the chance to answer your questions and to connect you with a current parent or your child’s potential teacher. Please let us know how we can be of service. We encourage you to stay connected by joining us on Facebook and/or Instagram.

Our admissions policies reflect the Quaker values of simplicity, truth and equality as we strive to create a diverse learning community. We seek students with academic promise who will benefit from our learning experience and contribute distinctly to the vitality of the school. We are also committed to creating a community that is balanced in gender, ethnicity, race, religion, family structure and economic status.

Our program has three divisions:  Little Friends (PreK3-PreK4) Elementary School (Kindergarten-Grade 4) and Middle School (Grade 5-8). We offer regularly scheduled Parent Informational Tours and Open Houses. Take a look at our event dates via Ravenna and make a reservation by creating a profile account.

We encourage you to continue to explore our website and to learn more about the school virtually or in person, depending on the safest practices recommended by public health authorities. We also welcome any questions you may have.
